.XLS vs Adaptive

.xls is often the 'tool of choice' to plan across the business. 

In any organisation we will find the exce guru, who has spent years honing their spreadsheet skills. Whilst useful as a source of information, this creates a conundrum for the organisation, as only this individual control and manage the information needed by the entire organisation, to make their day-to-day decisions.  This introduces risk, delays and frankly, an unacceptable bottleneck in the growth and sustainability of the business.
